What is QuadWealth.com? 

QuadWealth.com is a unique Wealth Building Company that incorporates advanced Financial Planning, Mortgage Planning, Real Estate Investment, and Debt Management into each of their clients’ daily financial lives.  Through proper integration and implementation of this Plan, QuadWealth.com clientele are able to transform their net worth very quickly and safely plan for a retirement they never thought would be possible.

Once you have attended the free QuadWealth.com seminar and you have received your complimentary QuadWealth.com financial proposal, you will be eligible to become a member of QuadWealth.com

How much does a QuadWealth.com membership cost? 

$3,000 for a single membership or $2,500 per membership if two or more memberships are purchased at once.

Why is this price so high?

Well, all things considered, we actually feel that this price is quite a bargain!  When you take into account the hundreds of thousands of dollars that we can potentially make for our clients (results will vary for each client), our pricing is definitely justifiable.  We do not bring on new clients with the intentions of a short term relationship, but instead we are interested in a long term relationship with each of our clients.  The QuadWealth.com system gives a tremendous amount of value to each and every client that has the opportunity to implement it.  We have a business model that is simply unique and our strategies are cutting edge.  We could easily charge more for our services, but we understand that it is important to keep our pricing reasonable so that more clients can take advantage of the QuadWealth.com system.

What do I get for my membership?

Access to our team of Professionals- We have one of the best real estate attorneys and real estate accountants around.  We also have access to the best title companies, real estate appraisers, remodeling companies, real estate agents, interior designers, inspectors, loan officers, etc…  When a client becomes a QuadWealth.com member, they automatically have access to our staff and affiliates.  Also, our affiliates have agreed to give special pricing to our QuadWealth.com members.

Access to our Real Estate Investment Company-  We have incredible relationships that are utilized to purchase heavily discounted foreclosures and distressed sales in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area.  We are currently purchasing properties at 50-60% of appraised value.  With over 30,000 foreclosures last year in the Dallas/ Fort Worth market, we have the ability to weed through the mess and secure the absolute best deals in town for our QuadWealth.com members.  Our goal is to help each QuadWealth.com member purchase 2-4 properties per year (subject to loan approval).

Unlimited access to our in depth seminars about advanced Financial Planning, Mortgage Planning, Real Estate Investment, and Debt Management.  Each QuadWealth.com member can attend these seminars as many times as they would like.  Actually, we encourage each client to attend each seminar at least twice because of the sheer amount of information and strategic planning that we discuss.  It is very difficult to absorb all of the information in a single setting.

Direct Access to our mortgage division and NO broker fees- Through our Banker and Broker channels, we currently have the ability to originate 1000’s of different kinds of mortgage loans in all 50 states.  All of our QuadWealth.com members enjoy a tremendous amount of savings each time they finance or refinance a home because our QuadWealth.com members do not have to pay any broker fees or miscellaneous points or origination fees.  This saves QuadWealth.com clientele thousands of dollars with each mortgage loan they close.  Our talented staff will work directly with each QuadWealth.com member through the entire loan process.

Access to our Real Estate Agency, DFW Luxury Property-  Each of our QuadWealth.com members that have a property in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area have the ability to have their house sold through our extremely successful real estate agency, DFW Luxury Property.  Our QuadWealth.com members enjoy a discounted rate when our agency represents them.  This can sometimes save a seller thousands and thousands of dollars in commissions and buyer discounts.
